Booking Policy

 

Cancellations

 

We may ask for card details to secure your booking. Where we do, a £25 charge per guest may apply if you cancel with less than 12 hours' notice or don't arrive.

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the table to someone else.

Children and prams

​

Children and babies are very welcome. Please include them in the total number of guests when you book, and tell us in the notes how many children are coming. If you need a highchair or space for a pram, please let us know. Pram space is limited during busy services.

 

Running late?

 

We'll hold your reservation for 15 minutes after your booking time. If you are delayed please call us on 07746 374493 and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If we haven't heard from you after 15 minutes, we may need to release the table.
